The Challenge
When I began working with Klarisa in April 2024, the business had no proper tracking setup and limited results from Meta ads. The ad campaigns lacked structure, and without accurate data from Google Tag Manager (GTM), it was nearly impossible to measure performance or optimize effectively. The challenge was to rebuild the campaign framework from scratch, implementing precise event tracking, improving conversion data accuracy, and scaling profitable ads while maintaining a controlled budget.
Our Solution
I started by auditing the existing Meta Ads account and website tracking setup. Then, I integrated Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate tracking for all key conversion events, including leads, purchases, and add-to-cart actions. Once the tracking foundation was solid, I restructured the ad campaigns using a performance-based approach. Through detailed audience segmentation, A/B testing of creatives, and optimized conversion objectives, I focused on improving both the CTR (Click-Through Rate) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Within a few weeks, performance stabilized, and ad efficiency improved significantly through data-driven optimization.

The business had no proper tracking setup or advertising structure. Facebook Ads were running without clear objectives, audience segmentation, or conversion tracking. Due to missing GTM and Pixel configuration, valuable data on user behavior and conversions was being lost, making it difficult to measure performance or scale results.

Transformation Plan and Process:
I implemented a complete tracking and campaign optimization system. Using Google Tag Manager (GTM), I configured Meta Pixel events, conversion tracking, and audience data layers. Then, through Meta Ads Manager, I launched data-driven campaigns including retargeting, lookalike, and interest-based audiences with high-performing ad creatives and A/B tested copy to identify what truly resonated with the audience.
