The Challenge
When I started managing the project, the campaign lacked structure and optimization. The ad groups were overlapping, keywords were too generic, and there was no proper tracking system in place to measure performance. Landing pages were slow and unclear, making it difficult to convert traffic into actual leads. The main challenge was to redesign the campaign from scratch, establish conversion tracking, use smart targeting with high-intent keywords, and optimize every stage of the customer journey to drive consistent, high-quality renovation leads.
Our Solution
I Manage a complete campaign audit and restructured all ad groups for better organization and relevance. Conversion tracking for both calls and lead forms was implemented using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement. I targeted high-intent keywords such as “bathroom renovation near me” and “shower remodel experts,” while adding negative keywords to filter out irrelevant searches. To improve ad engagement, I wrote new ad copies emphasizing offers like free consultations and trust-driven messaging. The bidding strategy was Change to Maximize Conversions, and landing pages were optimized for clarity, speed, and user experience. Continuous testing and data analysis helped campaign for optimal performance.
