The Challenge

When I began working with Nikolay in April 2024, his Google Ads account lacked proper tracking, structure, and performance analysis. The campaigns were running without conversion tracking, which made it difficult to identify which ads or keywords were driving real results. Additionally, the existing reports were incomplete and offered no actionable insights. The main challenge was to set up accurate data tracking, analyze campaign performance, and create clear, data-driven reports that could guide future ad decisions.

Our Solution

I started by auditing the entire Google Ads setup and integrating it with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for precise conversion tracking. I created detailed custom reports highlighting cost per conversion, click-through rate (CTR), and ROI for each campaign. Using data visualization tools, I built easy-to-read performance dashboards and identified underperforming segments. Based on these insights, I optimized ad copies, keywords, and bidding strategies, ensuring that every dollar spent delivered measurable growth.
