The Challenge
When I started managing Total Body Fitness’s Facebook Ads campaign, the brand was struggling to generate consistent online sales despite regular ad spending. Their campaigns lacked a clear audience strategy and were targeting broad, non-converting groups. The ad creatives were outdated, offers weren’t aligned with customer intent, and there was no proper conversion tracking to measure results. In addition, inefficient budget allocation and weak campaign structure led to a steady drop in ROAS and overall profitability. The main challenge was to rebuild their eCommerce advertising funnel, optimize ad delivery, and scale profitable sales through Smart targeting and creative testing.
Our Solution
To turn the campaign around, I began with a complete ad account audit to identify wasted spend and performance gaps. I restructured the campaigns using a funnel-based strategy focusing on smart retargeting and warm audience nurturing. New ad creatives were developed that highlighted key products, limited-time offers, and social proof to drive urgency and trust. I implemented Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) via Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track every sale accurately. Multiple A/B tests were conducted on creatives, placements, and audiences to refine performance. Now achieved more consistent sales and a stronger return on ad spend within weeks.
